We provide users with training on how to clear paper james, however should you need assistance please call 0191 691 3300 and we will be happy to talk you through this, or if needed arrange a visit to clear the paper jam for you.*

This can be confusing for users, we give each available user training on replacing the toners and other easy fixes on the machine, we can also arrange free training sessions when you have new starters so every user gets shown how the device operates and how to do basic fault finding and fixing – This helps keep your staff printing and working.
Give us a call, we can collect your empty toners and send them for disposal by the correct means and reducing landfill, we can even leave you a recycling box free and we can collect when this is full and replace the box. – 0191 691 3300
My PC Wont...
Seriously the first thing to do is switch it off and back on…. sounds daft but 9 times out of 10 that fixes it. If not give us a call and we would be happy to advise 0191 691 3300
I Can't Open a File
Make sure your PC / Laptop has all the latests updates, try and open the file on another PC or Laptop it may be that the file is corrupt. shutdown the machine and restart and try to open the file again. give us a call and see if we can help!
I Think My PC Has a Virus
Disconnect the machine from any network and disconnect it from the internet, if you have a back up somewhere restore with that. failing that get in touch and we will help, then purchase a good Anti Virus application such as ESET.
Software can be a real pain, generally there are a number of reasons why software wont install or play, install issues usually relate to the program was zipped up and needs extracting before install or the program needs to be installed with higher permissions, try right clicking on the setup icon and run as Administrator.
